The ourCAD service at www.ourcad.cloud (the "service") is operated by [LEGAL REVIEW: company name, ID, registered office] (the "operator"). The service is a cloud application for parametric 3D CAD modelling and drawing documentation; user documents are stored on the operator's infrastructure including version history (git).
Sign-in is provided by ourPortal (www.ourportal.cloud) within the our* ecosystem. You are responsible for protecting your credentials. An account is personal; sharing one account between multiple people is not permitted. Organisations may manage member accounts via ourPortal licences and teams.
The service is available in a free tier and paid plans. Features, document count and storage space follow the plan assigned to the account. The operator may reasonably adjust free-tier quotas and will announce substantial reductions in advance.
Documents, models and other content created by the user remain the user's property. The operator accesses them only to the extent necessary to provide the service (storage, backups, preview rendering, diagnostics). You can export your data at any time (STEP, git clone, personal data export in Settings).
The service is under active development and provided "as is" without a guaranteed availability level (no SLA). The operator performs regular backups but recommends exporting important data regularly. Planned maintenance is announced in the application.
[LEGAL REVIEW: scope of limitation] The operator is not liable for damage caused by using the service's outputs (models, drawings, calculations) without professional verification; outputs are not an engineering assessment. The operator's liability is limited to the amount paid by the user for the service in the preceding 12 months.
You may request account deletion at any time in Settings → Privacy. After a grace period, personal data is anonymised and documents are deleted or transferred to a designated successor. The operator may suspend an account for a breach of these terms and will state the reason.
The terms are versioned. You will be notified of a new version in the application and asked to accept it to continue using the service. If you do not agree, you may stop using the service and delete your account; until then the last accepted version applies.
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic [LEGAL REVIEW: governing law and jurisdiction]. Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy; cookie usage in the Cookie Policy.
